This policy aims to provide guidance on how personal data will be processed, stored, and protected during logistics activities within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

1. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal data processed in logistics processes within the scope of the THOR project will be used solely for the following purposes:

• Tracking and managing logistics operations,
• Organizing delivery processes and improving customer satisfaction,
• Ensuring accessibility through contact information of relevant individuals,
• Fulfilling legal obligations in accordance with applicable regulations,
• Managing cooperation with suppliers and transportation companies.

2. Collection of Personal Data

Personal data in logistics processes may be collected from the following sources:

• Orders and shipment information obtained from customers,
• Delivery addresses and contact details,
• Data provided by individuals or organizations involved in the transportation and distribution process.

3. Storage of Personal Data

The THOR Project will store personal data collected during logistics processes only for the necessary duration. Data will be retained only for the period required by legal obligations and will be securely deleted thereafter.
